In order to open an Individual or Joint Account with Fox Forex, all clients must complete the following step-by-step instructions and mail or fax the appropriate pages to Fox Forex. If you have any questions or would like any assistance with the application, feel free to contact us.

STEP 1: Complete the Account Application

All applicants are required to complete and return the application to Fox Forex via fax or mail. When filing a Joint Account Application with a spouse, the spouse must complete and sign the application in the indicated areas. If the Joint Account member(s) is not a spouse, each applicant must complete a Joint Account Application in its entirety.

STEP 2: Read and Sign Account Application

Each account applicant is required to complete an FXDD Customer Agreement, Risk Disclosure and Trading Policy Documents and return the Signature Pages only.

STEP 3: Complete Required IRS Form

Complete and submit a W9 form if you are a United States citizen, resident or legal entity.

STEP 4: Provide Required Identification

To comply with US Patriots Act, FXDD asks all customers who have account trading privileges to submit a legible digital image or photocopy of two (2) forms of identification for US and non-US accounts.

Acceptable identification forms for US Citizens (2 forms required):

• Copy of a valid driver’s license;
• Copy of a valid passport;
• Copy of a valid credit card; or
• Copy of a state-issued picture ID.

• Copy of a valid driver’s license;

• Copy of a valid credit card.

For assuring legibility, digital pictures are the best way to transmit ID's via fax.

STEP 5: Wire or Mail Initial Deposit (submit funds only after the Account Application has been approved)

FXDD requires a minimum Initial Deposit requirement of $5,000 to open an account. Funds can be transferred to FXDD either via a bank wire or by mail. Wiring of funds is the preferred and the fastest way of transfer funds. Fox Forex does not assume responsibility for funds that are sent via the mail, nor will they consider funds available for trading until they have been deposited, cleared and credited to the Customer's account.

Restrictions prohibit FXDirectDealer from accepting cash or cash equivalents such as money orders, cashiers checks, travelers checks or personal checks in the name of an other individual that is different from the account applicant (a third party).

		Limited power of attorney
		All customer who designate an authorized trading agent, defined as any person other than the customer, who is given the ability to control, manage or direct trading decisions in the account (as defined in the LPA Form), must read and agree to the Limited power of attorney Form by signing and dating before authorization will be granted by Fox Forex.
		Revocation of Limited power of attorney
		To revoke the Limited power of attorney authorization, Customers are required to fill out and submit via fax or mail, the Revocation of Limited power of attorney Form. Once received an FXDD representative will contact the customer to confirm the request. Revocation will be granted upon acceptance by an authorized FXDD representative.
		Funds Redemption
		The FXDD Funds Redemption form needs to be filled out and submitted by Fax at 801-880-6545. Federal US law prohibits FXDD from redeeming funds to a bank account or person that is different than the initial account holder's name and account number.

A Fox Forex representative will contact the applicant when the account is approved and Initial Deposited funds have cleared and been credited to the applicants account.
